Personally, i'll probably wait till 4.0.3; mearly because I have so many mods/skins to port.

I'd say wait until after 4.0.2 is released since its due in two days. Theres no point doing an install then having to upgrade 2 days later

I'd probably go live with 4.0.2 if I didn't have so much testing/converting to do first.
