Post... what did he say?
Did you check his profile? Is anything in his profile fields.. i.e. have you patched to the 3.8.3 PL1 and why have you not updated to 3.8.4 PL2? This might be something else he did to mess it all up and just telling you MGC, I would start by contacting the mod maker and possibly asking him to review the code or info on your site. Otherwise we need more info to help for free or if you deem it private etc and only want one person to help and go behind the scenes I recommend posting in the paid request here:
