Help !!!!
 

i have the MGC Chatbox Evo installed on my site and all was working fine, i have had someone register today and somehow messed it all up, he even had the cheek to post up about it.

Can someone please help me and give me a fix for this ?

Post... what did he say?
Did you check his profile? Is anything in his profile fields.. i.e. have you patched to the 3.8.3 PL1 and why have you not updated to 3.8.4 PL2? This might be something else he did to mess it all up and just telling you MGC, I would start by contacting the mod maker and possibly asking him to review the code or info on your site. Otherwise we need more info to help for free or if you deem it private etc and only want one person to help and go behind the scenes I recommend posting in the paid request here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30 HOWEVER if you give us some more info we might be able to help here for free ;).

FYI everyone we chatted via Messenger and it was not in my opinion the Chatbox but I do not want to post my ideas in a publicly viewable forum here on vb.org however I did pass along my ideas and suggestion to betts via messenger.
