Debian = /etc/mysql/my.cnf
Centos = /etc/my.cnf

Run these commands:
updatedb
find / -name my.cnf -print
nano /etc/mysql/my.cnf
vi /etc/mysql/my.cnf

max_connections = 500

find / -name php.ini -print
nano /etc/php.ini
vi /etc/php.ini

memory_limit = 16M
