Are there currently any modifications available for this?

I have searched all the following keywords in the modification section to no avail.

ignore
ignoring
prevent
preventing
usergroup
usergroups

DOn't believe there is anything like this, what exactly do you want it to do?

As of right now, users from any registered usergroup can ignore other users posts. For some Usergroups, I would like this option removed all-together.

1. Removing "Edit Ignore List" from the UserCP for said Usergroup.

You might be able to write a plugin for that page where if any of their actions deal with the ignore list, you give them a no permission page. Check out the profile.php page and search on the word "ignore" to find where it comes into play.

Thanks. If I can't figure it out I am sure someone can write a simple plug-in for it.
