Preventing Certain Usergroups from using IGNORE

Are there currently any modifications available for this?

I have searched all the following keywords in the modification section to no avail.

As of right now, users from any registered usergroup can ignore other users posts. For some Usergroups, I would like this option removed all-together.

1. Removing "Edit Ignore List" from the UserCP for said Usergroup.

You might be able to write a plugin for that page where if any of their actions deal with the ignore list, you give them a no permission page. Check out the profile.php page and search on the word "ignore" to find where it comes into play.
