Hello elenh -

first, by looking at your paid request, I can say this:

1 - Try to describe at least a little the work you need. It might seem stupid, but some developers will not bother contacting you if you do not specify the type of work you need.
2 - Few developers will accept to work without at least a small advance payment. There are a few out there, but you obviously need to be a bit more patient if this is your requirement.

Let me add that July-August might be a slow time of the year for hiring people. So, have a little patience
