It looks like the whole thing is a bit of a muddle, you may need to start from scratch, take a backup of your main DB, then set the whole thing up so that the live site files are all in public_html/forum (except VBA which will be in public_html), then set the test forum up in public_html/test (VBA here)/forum (main files here). Using a subdomain in this way can be very tricky as you have discovered, much better to set it out in a simple way. If you need a hand PM me and I will help set it up for you. |
