test forum on shared Server causing havoc

so the vbdavance home pge url would be /testvb and the forum home page would be testvb/forums.php right? (After I make the changes.)

I am now having problems with logging into my live site and cannot change password because it keep say wrong password even when I get new one.

I have done the tools.php things but no longer working! I still cannot log in. I think this al related to the index.php for test forum is missing. This should fix. Right?
