Yes he owns the site.
I installed vbulletin experience, and I dont know what happened bit that seemed to be the problem. I have uninstalled it and havent had a problem since. |

You'll need to turn off the promotion system with vbexperience, it will promote you (even as an admin) out of that group and leave you without access to the site.
