It makes no difference if your server is hosted in amsterdamn and you live in the united states You must follow the US law.

And you probably won't be held responsible for transactions that occur on your site. Firearm's aren't supposed to be mailed between any two average Joe's, they need to go to a FFA dealer and some paper work before getting to whoever bought them, just a peice of information you might want your members to know.
