you will need a complete new configuration for your site before making it so...

godaddy do not permit serverside engineering, so you will need a dedicated server to install Ant

if you do not know what is a Shell access, i suggest you go to a professional install from a webmaster or something, because it's a basic term, and installing/configuring these tools is a bit complex for someone who knows nothing about the webserver side.

and what is that chatroom which require a script developer?!
