I have a funny feeling its that, that is causing the problem, if you can bear with it for a few days more then do so, but you really need to get the issue looked at, Mind you i know of loads of sites that use GA but don't have an issue with it

Have GA not got a support forum or blog?? perhaps the quickest fix might come direct from the horse mouth.

FRDS mentioned he uses clickheat for outgoing link tracking, perhaps that might be one avenue to explore.
