to put one table beside another can be done by putting both the tables in a new table.

for example.. you can create a table with 1 row and 2 columns

1st column can contain the table having forumrules and forumjump
2nd column can contain the table with "no new posts" etc.

this way you can have all the stuff aligned in a single row within a table.

i hope i'm not wrong totally !!
