its all about fondling in the Forum Display templates..

create a child style and perform various edits like removing <br /> tags and other necessary editing. When satisfied overwrite the edited template in the child style with the one in parent.

I think lot of customization would be required !!

Yes i do know its a template modification of forumdisplay...

I am trying to figure this stuff out and i just figured out that forumjump and forumrules are in same TABLE and no new posts etc is a diffrent table.. so is there a way i can put one table beside another? and also split forumrules?

to put one table beside another can be done by putting both the tables in a new table.

for example.. you can create a table with 1 row and 2 columns

1st column can contain the table having forumrules and forumjump
2nd column can contain the table with "no new posts" etc.

this way you can have all the stuff aligned in a single row within a table.

i hope i'm not wrong totally !!
