Admin can't access all of admin panel?
Hello,
In order to lower my workload, I assigned a new admin to my website. For some reason he can only see part of the admin panel (I logged in as him and yup, only a small portion of the panel is there) and he can't approve new members (the biggest reason why I needed another admin). I changed his usergroup to "administrator" as that is what my usergroup is. Why can I access all this and not him? |

Did you set his permissions?

Sorry, I am a not that computer savvy 29 year old woman! Where would the permissions be located? |

Should be at the top of his profile in the Admin CP. Or the drop down. As far as them having all the permisssions you do, that will never happen as you are the Super Admin. Be careful who you allow to change things in the Admin CP also.

Are you User ID 1?

You might have to edit the config.php file and make yourself a Super Admin since it sounds like you are not User ID 1

Ah, so he is the Super Admin then. That explains it. Glad you got it taken care of.
