OK do you mean folders? Well it is back now and it now has 400, my host added more YAAY!

Under "Cookies and HTTP-headers" you can choose to compress your ouput. This will also save bandwidth, but increase cpu load.

I'm betting you're using a free host. Any paid host worth using gives much more than that. I would suggest finding a better host. I get 3 TiB / month for less than $7 / month.
