I'd go to John Dominis and order Opakapaka Sauteed - Lemon Caper Beurre Blanc.

Hey BrandiDup you think you could private message me that exact diet. What I should eat and was are the "no's" to eat? So I can try it. Does it really burn fat really fast? I run 2- 4 miles every night and work out and go crunches and everything and I seem to be gaining weight then losing....starting to make me mad.

Well, I am not an expert, by any means. But my mom has held a few fitness titles so she's pretty well versed in how to get in shape, drop weight quickly (before competitions) and get as lean as possible. I'm not into the fitness like she has been, but I was around it, obviously, so I could get really into shape if I ever wanted to

Here are a few sites that will help educated you a little bit about why low carb works to help you lose weight. It WILL work for you, I have no doubt it will help you lose weight quickly if that is your goal but, as I said in a previous post, low carbing is a lifestyle change if you plan to keep the weight off and you should do a lot of research on it before committing yourself to it. When you drop all of the weight, it typically does come back when you start loading up on the carbs. And if not done properly, you will gain extra weight instead of lose it (For example, if you're having too many cheat days or carbs).

I don't know, I'm not a huge fan of any diet, just from my experience with MANY of them. I think it's very hard to do any diet that says you can't have any of something or very very limited amounts of something. Which is why low carb and atkins have never and will never work for someone like me. If you're interested in losing some weight and KEEPING IT OFF, I would highly suggest www.weightwatchers.com, no it's NOT just a women's diet. There are a LOT Of men on it and it works. Instead of saying you can't have chocolate or you can't have carbs, you have the flexibility to have those things but it teaches you self control when it comes to portion sizes and junk food. I have only done the one online, not the meetings, but the online one is fantastic. It gives you all of the tools you need, including recipes and an overview of places you can dine out, for less than $20 a month. I didn't even have to work out to lose weight, but you get extra points (in other words, you can eat more) if you do work out.

If you are interested in the low carb, here are some links:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atkins_...ional_Approach
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Beach_diet

Short term, low carb will help you lose quick if that's your goal. But I wouldn't recommend it long term. Eating too many empty carbs or sugars isn't good for you no matter which diet you're on, but the south beach and aktins are a little too restrictive for me.

I think the South Beach diet is better than the Atkins one. My wife and I tried it for a while but the lack of pasta and breads on occasion did us in as well. Now we simply go for whole foods, especially grains, reduced wheat, and none of that high sugar processed stuff. More balanced meals with more vegetables and less bread or fatty meats.

Ok I take the Atkins diet is the fastest burning diet. Can someone tell me the good's to eat on this diet. I get lost between what is good to eat and what is not good to eat.

And the south beach diet. I am not a good fan of fat foods and meats. So can someone tell me what I have to do

I only way 220 I want to take it down to 199 (just to be happy with my self) and then take it to 170. I would say I am an average sized person I am just not happy with my inner self. :[

Losing much weight too soon can shock your body and have negative lasting results. Diets are short-lived so if anything commit for the long haul. Generally, a balanced lifestyle is key to being fit and maintaining your ideal weight for your body type. Along with a responsible diet (eating plan), think positively and exercise routinely focusing on muscle/bone mass and cardio.

I would wait about 3 hours and get In-n-Out.

It is the most amazing place ever.

All burgers consist of one or more 1/8 lb. beef patties cooked to "medium-well", and served on a lightly toasted sponge dough bun. Cheeseburgers and Double-Doubles also feature one and two slices of American cheese, respectively. The default style of burger includes a spread similar to Thousand Island dressing, tomato, and a portion of lettuce. In addition, customers are asked if they wish to add onions (fresh or grilled). Although not included on the stock burger, In-N-Out can add pickles to the burger; they may also substitute mustard and/or ketchup for the spread, or in addition to the spread
