So I come here for help, am told I need licensing..whatever that is...then I have to 0pen up a support tickect...whatever that is...and above all...the moderators and others running this site have no contact info or e mails listed in their profiles..how the hell is one supposed to get help if those that can help don't have contact info to get the help.
One or two moderators have a home page in their profile, but the page does not exist anymore.. I would think part of the moderating or administrative duties would need to have contact info so newbies like me whose tech support has run off and left them can get his bulletin board back to the right place. Afterall I did pay for the software and for lincensing the first year or two...never knowing I had to keep it up....or even get upgrades??? What am I supposed to do?? |
