cause like right now I have a rep power of 5 but 1105 in points

other have more rep power and lower points

You can edit it all in the AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> REputation Settings i beleive its located.

Its kind of confusing at first, just look at it for a minute or two, and you'll figure it out
