WYSIWYG for UNREGISTERED/GUESTS on new post/reply

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has modified vBulletin in a way that it would allow unregistered users and guests to use WYSIWYG option. Right now it does not work and vBulletin.com doesn't either

I really do not understand why they do not provide that feature... It's only smileys and some advanced text editing tags etc. Sometimes, unfortunately, the nature of the web site one developing requires to have unregistered users, and there's no other option.

If someone can help with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
