vB2 - vB3 Sidepanel Problems

For some reason my Side Menu looks very weird, heres whats wrong with it.

1. The Sidemenu is Squished against the corner
2. The Colors (But I Guess I could go back and edit the colors manually)

How would I fix the Sidemenu Issue?

Whats weird is that I installed it on my testboard, and it looked fine, but when I transfered it to my main board (which is closed right now due to relaunch) it looked as pictured above in the screenshot.

Any Ideas what might be wrong?
