Worried my post isn't going to get a reply

Not this post.

I've tried to install a modification for my site... something in the instructions wasn't clear and it's left all of us unable to log in to the board at all so I can't disable the plugin either.

I've posted a really simple question on the modification thread but looking back it seems that all other queries have gone unanswered and now I'm worried that we'll either not have a working board until someone replies or otherwise the only way we'll get our site working again is to reinstall everything from scratch!

Is this typical? I've had so many problems with vBulletin it's left me thinking me make a really bad move buying this over other forum software, particularly if the support isn't there.

Does anyone know where else I might be able to find general support please other than the main vBulletin site?
