Help please!

I keep getting this error in vBulletin 4.0.7:

Warning: require_once([path]/includes/functions_users_cleanup.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/adminfunctions.php(2142) : eval()'d code on line 2

What seems to be the problem? I can't find any functions_users_cleanup.php file, I downloaded vBulletin again through vB and it's not even there?
