Help..I think I've been hacked

I can't get into the CMS pages. http://officialbabyshowerguide.com/ I have several mods installed but the site was fine and I left it alone until 1 day it was broke.

I checked things out and it looks as though someone deleted 2 of my articles, 1 from the front page of the site and then another. I have re-uploaded all the files and there aren't any strange files in suspect file versions. I have tried just to rewrite the articles but it won't let me. I disabled plugins but nothing changed. Any ideas?
