Clan Management for VB4

Would any vb coders out there be interested in coding clan management support for VB4?

This is the one thing that I know many, many clans would love that are using VB, but its never got written. A couple of people started something quite some time ago, but never released anything

I'm sure there are many people like me who would be more than happy to contribute to a developer fund in order to get something written

Clan Management would include ways to create squad based rosters, management of upcoming clan wars that includes results and stats of matches played.
