Hi

I have imported the users from my old Fireboard (Joomla) forum, to vB. The process seemed successful. My own account from the old forum got renamed to imported_admin, so I merged it with my current vB username and it worked. All the topics and users got imported.

Here is a problem. One of the existing (imported from Fireboard) members, forgot his password (in order to log on to vB forums). He requested a new password, attempted to log in and gets this message:

Welcome <username>

(then he is redirected to the following message)

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

How can this happen? But most important - how do I fix this?
