I'm usully pretty active but man since I havn't I'm sure feeling ever new pound. It's so gross and uncomfortable. I started walked about two miles a day, ended up about 10 a day, but since my illness, I will never been able to walk that far or run again. So these extra pounds just makes it worse. I'm glad to have the learning process of vb to distract me from things but this sedentary lifestyle is for the birds.
I sense a lawsuit on Jelsoft's direction for making us mad with their product
I too used to workout pretty much even though i was on my PC a lot, but for a while, i stopped (winter doh) and can't say i've gained more than 1 or 2 kilos (Christmas food was all about meat ).
