Providing Remote Support At MOD Customer's Desk
Have you ever provided help/assistance to a MOD Customer (user) on a blind mode via PMs and spent several hours without moving one inch closer to the solution because you could not see or understand what the customer is talking about?
I made a quick search through vB.org to see if there is any recommendation thread for such situations, but saw none. Hence, this post. I use TeamViewer and though some of you guys/gals might find it useful. :up: Try using TeamViewer (non commercial, in full mode) to provide remote support directly at the MOD user desktop. Of course, trust on both sides (You as server and the MOD user as client requesting your help/assistance) is a MUST. |
