Login In System Integrating Board and External Site

Hi folks,
Well I am looking for a login in system that I can place on my external html pages where peopl can log in. What I want is, when they login, they return to that same page with a tiny control panel (e.g. User CP, X messages, Logout, etc). I also want it where they can stay logged in when browsing any external pages or going to and from the forums.

I checked out Deluxe Login but I am not sure if that?

If it does, please tell me. If not what mod would you recommend?
