Login In System Integrating Board and External Site

Hi folks,
Well I am looking for a login in system that I can place on my external html pages where peopl can log in. What I want is, when they login, they return to that same page with a tiny control panel (e.g. User CP, X messages, Logout, etc). I also want it where they can stay logged in when browsing any external pages or going to and from the forums.

I checked out Deluxe Login but I am not sure if that?

If it does, please tell me. If not what mod would you recommend?

*edit - ok I got deluxe log in to work but it's limited to private messages. I guess I will have to pick it up with the coder to see if i could get other options.

You could just include a link to the User CP :S Or create a UserCP page with some of the links you want in it and put it in a conditional so only logged in users can see it.
