Rate how-tos

Just a thought, but it would be a nice idea if the staff here (created a thread) to ask people to rate the How-Tos found here, such as in this forum: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=110 so that others can see the ratings to see which are quality ones and which aren't.
