Rate how-tos
 
Just a thought, but it would be a nice idea if the staff here (created a thread) to ask people to rate the How-Tos found here, such as in this forum: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=110 so that others can see the ratings to see which are quality ones and which aren't.

Yes, that's what I'm talking about. I'm just saying that it would be nice if the vBulletin.org staff pushed users to rate the tutorials that they read. No one has rated any of the tutorials yet.

I think the how-tos ratings are being hidden for some reason actually

Not hidden, but probably the visibility limit is too high. i.e. only shows after X votes, and X seems too high, just like in the hacks area. Just my guess.
