CMS is gone - Forum/Blog still there

http://www.fxbattleground.com/vbulletin/content.php -- no longer there -was there

http://www.fxbattleground.com/vbulletin/forum.php - no problem

http://fxbattleground.com/vbulletin/blog.php - no problem

How to fix?

PS: upon further investigation via FTP - FileZilla recognizes content.php as a directory now for some reason - could be something i tried with GoDaddy - tried to forward a URL - http://members.fxbattleground.com straight to that page - fxbattleground.com/vbulletin/content.php ---- that may have reconfigured it as a directory

How can I fix this?
