CMS is gone - Forum/Blog still there

PS: upon further investigation via FTP - FileZilla recognizes content.php as a directory now for some reason - could be something i tried with GoDaddy - tried to forward a URL - http://members.fxbattleground.com straight to that page - fxbattleground.com/vbulletin/content.php ---- that may have reconfigured it as a directory

How can I fix this?

admincp> plugins and products>manage products>enable CMS

You didnt really give any type of description of what your looking for..this question actually doesnt make any sense because how are we suppose to know what you are looking to have done..
