Problem with banned user IPs - AOL proxy...
Ideas and help gratefully appreciated.
I have banned a user who was spamming. I have since had some emails using the contact us link from a couple of other users who are asking why their IP address is banned! I looked into it and about 40 users are all linked to this AOL.proxy IP address. Its clear that they are all AOL customers. Anyway, how can I allow this IP address without unbanning the bad user(s) who have registered with it? VB doesnt seem to have enough control on user banning |
