Well even if we don't differentiate between code hacks and template/style modification, i think a coder (writing PHP-code) is something very different from a designer (who is maybe using HTML-code, but is focused on the looks).

I dont know, I just thought it would be very nice to show the feedback for the people that mess with the templates and add cool things to them ( HTML ) ..I mean one of my template "hacks" has 18 installs I believe and then the other has like 8, and there are people like this all over vb.org now, that arent QUITE ready to release a full on hack yet, so they like to help out in others way to the community.

Not really, I've seen some with around 400 installs.

As long as people release quality hacks, no problems. Just don't let us catch you releasing hacks with little content in order to "spam" your "coder status".
