Default Update for the shoutbox by TWTCommish?
Well at my forums people are spamming the shoutbox and I wanted to request a little thing (I think).

At the moment, only admins can delete shouts though I want so admins, super mods and mods to be able to delete+edit shouts.

If someone can help me out it'll be great!

you know what else would be good is if you could import the main bb's flooder so that ppl have to wait {time}seconds to shout
