its with all users / guests
i am using another account other than this , but ...... same problem, if 20 users are there all have the same ip

ok, if it is happening with all accounts, then there isn't much you can do, except remove the login strikes, or change hosts. Ask your Host to move you to a different server, and see if attempts stop.

It sounds like your server is getting the ip address of that server instead of the originating IP of the request. This frequently happens if you're using a service such as cloudflare. You just need to change the settings on your caching site to pass the originating IP on to you instead of their IP.
