Stop ignored users from posting in threads started by ignoree

Here's the scenario
Member A and Member B bicker constantly - nothing against site rules, just annoying and disruptive. So Member A (wisely) decides to put Member B on ignore. However, Member B keeps posting to threads that Member A starts. Member A knows because she sees quoted parts of the thread or other indications of what Member B has said reflected in other responses to her thread. Nothing Member B is saying is against the rules, it just annoys Member A.

Obviously you can't stop Member B from posting to any thread, but could you have an option that stops Member B from posting to any threads STARTED by Member A?

Archive says this Mod can not be downloaded and I think I want it, especially where users can be banned from posting in the thread without being added to the Ignore list.

Just occured to me...where is it going and how to uninstall it if there is an abuse of the feature?

Not that I want it any less, just how to turn it off if I have to?

Also, "click install", where should it (the content of the .zip) be?

My hosting provider gives me only ftp access to the directories of my site.

You don't need FTP access to install this mod. Per the instructions in the mod thread you go to your Admin CP -> Product Manager -> Import New Product and import the XML file in the zip.
