It's included in vBulletin 3.6.4 by default

You just need to turn it on:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Style & Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template -> Yes

What exactly are you looking for? If you need the original code for Postbit_legacy revert the template and it's all there. If you're simply looking for a way to use it then do what RS_Jelle posted.

For any of the others you require you need to add the hacks in. They can be found by searching the forums, they are quite easy to find.
