It's included in vBulletin 3.6.4 by default ;)

You just need to turn it on:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Style & Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template -> Yes

What exactly are you looking for? If you need the original code for Postbit_legacy revert the template and it's all there. If you're simply looking for a way to use it then do what RS_Jelle posted. :)

The default package comes with:
join date
location
age
posts.

For any of the others you require you need to add the hacks in. They can be found by searching the forums, they are quite easy to find.
