Maybe it needs more promotion, because vBT is almost an after thought. I also think there's stiff competition, because folks do make a living on template mods. They also like to their work via email/PMs, and not compete in the open (where s/he who has the most $$$$ would win).

Would be nice if vb.org and vBT would get the traffic cgtalk.com gets (vB forum of course), though.
