Hi All

My Lost Password Recovery Form not working . When I put my email address next window showing [The answer given for the random question was incorrect.] but actually there is no random question on the recovery page why I am getting this error.

Disable human verification for that page in the admincp --> options --> Human Verification Options

If that is a disabled option, then you have something wrong in your style coding.

Thank you I disabled the option Now I am getting [ Your username and details about how to reset your password have been sent to you by email] when I check the email there is no email and I tired 2 different emails.

Yo uwould have to check your email logs to find out why the email wasnt sent, bounced, rejected etc.

In the diagnostic of the admincp, send a test email to both of the emails you tried.

when I ran the diagnostics, I received the following output:

sendmail_path: -t -i

Help
Results
The mailing function returned an error while trying to send the mail.
Check your mail server to ensure it is configured correctly to allow PHP to send mail from it. You should also check your mail server's error log for more diagnostic information.

Yea to find out whats going on, it will require ssh access or access to a control panel like WHM/Plesk, you'll need to find out why the mai lserver isnt working/sending out mail.
