What query should I run to retrieve this thread?

I am trying to retrieve a thread that is present on my database but does not show up in my forums for some reason. Here is the blurb in my database backup that has the thread title and author of the thread I want to restore:

INSERT INTO post VALUES (3030,290,'Perminisconious',36,'What was the last Bond movie you watched?',1052120232,'What was the last Bond movie you watched? Be it on VHS, DVD, TV, or in the theater, let everyone know, and feel free to update it as often as you watch one.\r\n\r\nI just finished watching The Spy Who Loved Me (which inspired this thread). I don't understand it though. It looks here like it is a post. Is some other query necessary for it too?

What MySQL query should I run to restore this thread?
