What query should I run to retrieve this thread?

I am trying to retrieve a thread that is present on my database but does not show up in my forums for some reason. Here is the blurb in my database backup that has the thread title and author of the thread I want to restore:

I don't understand it though. It looks here like it is a post. Is some other query necessary for it too?

What MySQL query should I run to restore this thread?

That indeed is a post, are you sure the thread hasn't just been added to the moderation queue?

There isn't anything in my moderation queue for posts or threads. What can I do to get that back?
