Upgraded to 4.2 and now I can't access any threads

I upgraded from 4.02 to 4.2 and /forum/forum.php loads fine, but when I click on any sub-forum or thread I get a 404

It's not a vB problem. It's probably some redirect setup somewhere in the history of the forum. I tried turning off the .htaccess but that doesn't seem to be doing the trick.

Any suggestions?
