Replace Team Icons

As you can see here, http://centerstagesports.com
We have team logos under each sport, (NBA, NFL etc.)

I was wondering how I can change them out with new ones I have on my computer. Now I am not the least bit tech savy so when I mean go step by step I mean STEP BY STEP lol.

I already installed FlashFXP because I obviously have to upload the images to the server but I don't know where, help!
