Replace Team Icons
 
As you can see here, http://centerstagesports.com
We have team logos under each sport, (NBA, NFL etc.)

I was wondering how I can change them out with new ones I have on my computer. Now I am not the least bit tech savy so when I mean go step by step I mean STEP BY STEP lol.

I already installed FlashFXP because I obviously have to upload the images to the server but I don't know where, help! :confused:

change them out? you mean put in a different image? if thats the case

looks like the images are in your forum description, so you would open up admincp>forums and moderators>forum manager, and then edit the description of each forum with an image.

pointing the url to the newly uploaded image corresponding to each forum
