Default Buying a used vB 4 licence.
One of my members of my forum asked me about buying a used vB 4 Suite licence.
I have no idea myself where to look for him.
any ideas?
Also can a vb licence be easily changed over from one person to another?

I posted this in vB 3 sorry it should have been in the vB 4 section of this Forum:erm:
